Our Senior Assistance service is designed to provide dependable, compassionate support that helps older adults maintain their independence while enjoying a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable home. Each visit is tailored to your priorities, whether that's tidying up, cleaning key living areas, changing bed linens, or simply keeping your home refreshed. Need a little extra? Optional add-on services like laundry, organization, refrigerator cleaning, and grocery pickup are available to customize your visit. Please Note: We do not provide medical care, personal hygiene assistance, medication administration, transportation, or other licensed healthcare services. ⸻ Every visit is customized to your priorities and may include: ・Light housekeeping ・Kitchen cleaning ・Bathroom cleaning ・Dusting ・Sweeping ・Vacuuming ・Mopping ・General tidying ・Changing bed linens ・Making beds ・Interior window cleaning ・Emptying trash & replacing liners ・Wiping countertops and commonly touched surfaces We'll focus on the tasks that matter most to you during your scheduled visit. Not Included: ・Medical Care ・Medication Administration ・Bathing Assistance ・Dressing Assistance ・Toileting Assistance ・Lifting or Transferring Individuals ・Physical Therapy ・Nursing Services ・Heavy Yard Work ・Major Deep Cleaning ・Pest Control ・Repairs or Maintenance Your Time. Your Priorities. Every home is different. During your scheduled visit, we'll focus on the tasks that matter most to you and complete as much as possible within your reserved appointment time.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Clean & Carry Cleaning Solutions. Please review the following before submitting your booking request. Booking Requests ・Senior Home Assistance services are available by booking request only and are not automatically confirmed. ・After reviewing your request, we'll contact you if additional information is needed. If approved, a secure online invoice will be emailed to you. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received. ・Booking requests may be approved or declined based on availability, service area, scheduling, or the requested services. Service Scope ・This service provides non-medical assistance only, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, companionship, errands, organization, and other everyday household tasks. ・We do not provide medical care, medication administration, personal hygiene assistance, lifting or transferring clients, or other licensed healthcare services. Appointment Information ・Please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled appointment time. ・For everyone's safety, pets should be secured whenever possible. ・If additional services are requested during the visit, additional time and charges may apply. ・Clients or their authorized family representative are responsible for communicating any important household instructions or service preferences before the appointment. Changes & Cancellations ・Approved appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. ・Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. After Your Service ・If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll work with you to make things right.
