Service Scope: Our cleaning services are based on the plan selected. Additional areas or tasks outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Access to Property: Clients are responsible for providing access to cleaning areas. Any areas that are locked or inaccessible will not be cleaned. Damage & Liability: We are not responsible for damage to items that are not securely stored or for pre-existing damage. We take great care to avoid damage, but certain items may be more fragile. Health & Safety: Our team uses eco-friendly products. For medical or specialized facilities, we use hospital-grade disinfectants as needed. We do not handle hazardous waste, bodily fluids, or biohazards. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure the space is safe for our cleaning crew. We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter unsafe conditions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will be subject to a cancellation fee. Schedule Changes: We will notify you in advance if there is any delay or change in scheduling. If the cleaning cannot be performed as scheduled, we will reschedule at the next available time. Limitations: We do not perform cleaning tasks that require specialized equipment or certifications, such as heavy construction debris removal, handling of hazardous materials, or intricate antique care.
