Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Clean & Carry! Please review our Laundry Service Policy before booking. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Additional charges for oversized items, overweight loads, or services outside the original booking will be communicated and approved before work begins. Pickup Instructions This is a contactless porch pickup and delivery service. Please place your laundry in a secure, visible location by your scheduled pickup time. Laundry must be bagged in securely tied tall kitchen trash bags or reusable laundry bags. Loose clothing or improperly bagged items may result in delayed or refused service. Laundry Requirements Each standard load may not exceed 20 pounds. Oversized items such as comforters and specialty bedding should be selected during booking or added as an add-on. Please empty all pockets before pickup. Delicate garments or items requiring special care must be identified during booking. Items We Cannot Accept For the safety of our team and customers, we do not accept laundry containing: Bodily fluids (blood, vomit, urine, fecal matter, etc.) Hazardous materials Pest infestations, including bed bugs, fleas, or other insects Excessively soiled items requiring biohazard remediation Clean & Carry reserves the right to refuse service if these conditions are present. Pets For the safety of both our team and your pets, all dogs (especially large, protective, or energetic breeds) and any pets that may interfere with pickup or delivery must be securely contained during your scheduled appointment. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after your laundry is received. Larger orders and specialty items may require additional processing time. Same-day laundry service is not available. Reusable Laundry Bags Clients will receive a reusable laundry return bag with their first order. We encourage using this bag for future pickups to help reduce waste. If the bag becomes damaged through normal use, we'll gladly replace it at no additional charge. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Liability Waiver A signed Clean & Carry Client Liability Waiver & Service Agreement is required before services can be performed. Failure to complete the waiver prior to your appointment may result in your service being delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
