Residential Cleaning Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Clean & Carry Cleaning Solutions. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy before submitting your booking request. ・Residential cleaning appointments are submitted as booking requests and are not automatically confirmed. ・After your request is received, a member of our team will contact you to review your service details, discuss your cleaning needs, answer any questions, and confirm availability. ・If your request is approved, you will receive a secure online invoice. Your appointment is confirmed only after your invoice has been paid. ・Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. ・Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. ・Please ensure your home is accessible at your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to access the property, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. ・For the safety of our team and your pets, please secure pets during your appointment unless otherwise discussed. ・Prices listed are starting rates and are based on the information provided during your booking request. Final pricing may be adjusted if the home's size, condition, requested services, or level of cleaning required differs significantly from the information originally provided. Any pricing adjustments will be discussed and approved before an invoice is issued. ・Clean & Carry Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to decline booking requests or refuse/discontinue service if: -The requested service falls outside our service area. -We are unable to accommodate the requested date or time. -Conditions are unsafe or pose a health or safety risk. -The home's condition is beyond the scope of the selected service. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
