Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Clean & Carry Cleaning Solutions. Please review the following before submitting your booking request. ・Home Organization services are available by booking request only and are not automatically confirmed. ・After reviewing your request, we'll contact you if additional information is needed. If approved, a secure online invoice will be emailed to you. Your appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received. ・Booking requests may be approved or declined based on availability, scheduling, service area, or project scope. ・Home Organization services are intended for homes with normal household clutter and organization needs. ・Spaces with excessive hoarding, biohazards, pest infestations, excessive trash, or unsafe conditions are outside the scope of this service. Clean & Carry reserves the right to decline service or provide a revised estimate if these conditions are present. ・Please identify the areas you'd like organized before your appointment. ・Clean & Carry will not donate, discard, or permanently remove any personal belongings without the client's authorization. Clients are responsible for making all final decisions regarding items to keep, donate, relocate, or discard. ・Storage bins, baskets, labels, and other organizing products are not included unless otherwise stated. If the Storage Product Shopping add-on is selected, all product recommendations and purchases require the client's approval. The cost of organizing products is separate from the service price and is the client's responsibility. ・Additional time or services may be recommended if the selected package is insufficient to complete your project. ・Same-day Home Organization services are not available. ・Approved appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. ・For everyone's safety, pets that may interfere with the organization process should be secured during the appointment. By submitting your booking request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
