Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Clean & Carry for your Airbnb turnover cleaning needs. Please review the following before booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The property must be vacant during the scheduled cleaning unless otherwise arranged in advance. Accurate entry instructions (lockbox code, keypad code, key location, etc.) must be provided before your appointment. Please ensure water and electricity are available during the scheduled service. If bed linen changes or restocking services are selected, clean linens and guest supplies must be available at the property unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional charges may apply if the property's condition differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking or if excessive cleaning is required. Same-day bookings and same-day turnover services are not available. Clients may cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Clean & Carry is not responsible for guest belongings left behind after checkout. Any items found will be set aside and the host will be notified. We recommend allowing sufficient time between guest checkout and the next check-in to ensure the property can be thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Properties requiring excessive cleaning due to parties, smoking, bodily fluids, pest infestations, or hazardous conditions may be declined or subject to additional cleaning fees.
